SALA ITALDADI SRL, specialized in manufacturing of cold forged fasteners, was founded in 1996 acquiring the production of “Officina Meccanica Sala Francesco”, a manufacturer of fasteners since 1960s. Today, thanks to the evolution of the production process and the constant search for improvement in qualitative aspect, SALA ITALDADI SRL, together with the other two companies of the Group, is one of the main suppliers of the Automotive sector in Italy.

Square nuts according to UNI and DIN
Weld square nuts
Weld hexagonal nuts
Weld flanged hexagonal bushes
All the articles can be produced in different types of raw material, such as: CB4, CB10, CB20, C23 BORO, 12 Nc3.
The production department uses 12 cold forming machines, 30 nut tapping, 4 selection machines for different characteristics and / or criticality (size, presence of thread, cracks, presence of foreign bodies).
As a support to production activities, there are a washing system department, a sieving machine, two machines for self locking, an automated warehouse and an internal tooling department.
The supplies of the products are conforms with specific Supply Specifications when requested by the Customer and / or generically meet the main references and market standards for supplies to the Automotive sector.
Also it can evaluate design details and process solutions and / or alternatives for every need . We are also available to supply Projection Welding Screws for use with the articles of our internal production and / or at the request of the Customer.
Our Organization has implemented a Quality Management System in compliance with the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard and the Technical Specification IATF 16949:2016 by certifying them for the following Purpose: “Production of hexagonal nuts, square nuts and weld bushes through cold forming and tapping”.
